80 towers in clusters around four artificial lakes, built between 2005 and 2015. One metro stop north of the Marina, with which it shares a transit line and a general demographic. More mixed-use at ground level — the lakeside walkways have a functioning restaurant and cafe scene that the Marina, more touristic, sometimes lacks.
Cheaper rents have made it a draw for younger residents, freelancers, and small businesses. It has a community quality the Marina doesn't always achieve. The cluster naming system — A through T, with several letters missing — was designed by someone who has never had to give directions here.
