Not the espresso you're imagining. Arabic coffee (qahwa) is brewed with lightly roasted beans and heavy cardamom, poured from a dallah (long-spouted pot) into small handleless cups called demitasse or finjan. Accept the first cup. Decline the refill by waggling the cup between thumb and forefinger. Declining entirely is rude; accepting multiple cups without end is expected if you don't know the signal.
