A large master-planned district along Dubai Creek, anchored by Emaar, built as a future second downtown around a planned tower meant to rival the Burj Khalifa. Apartments, a marina, a promenade, and views back to the existing skyline.

Still filling in, but a clear statement that Dubai's centre of gravity keeps being re-drawn — this time back toward the water it started on.
