Opened 2016 as the flagship park at Dubai Parks & Resorts in Jebel Ali. Themed zones around DreamWorks (Shrek, Kung Fu Panda, Madagascar), Sony Pictures (Ghostbusters, Hotel Transylvania), and Lionsgate (Hunger Games, Now You See Me). The most coherent of the Dubai Parks parks in terms of ride quality and zone design.

The Hunger Games zone is the most distinctive — built around the architecture of Panem, better executed than most competing IP parks in the region. Dubai Parks & Resorts had a turbulent commercial history after opening, but the rides continue to operate.
