Opened 2021 on the artificial Bluewaters Island off JBR. At 250 metres, it is taller than the London Eye by 125 metres. 48 capsules, 40 people each, 38 minutes per rotation. The views across the Palm, the Marina, and the city are genuinely excellent.

Not to be confused with the Dubai Eye (a radio station), the Dubai Frame (a frame), or the city's general habit of naming things 'eye'. Dubai has several overlapping eye metaphors and has shown no interest in resolving the confusion.
